Fuel Delivery
What products do you deliver?
John Couchara Fuels delivers #2 Heating Oil, On-Road Diesel, and Off-Road Diesel for residential, commercial, and fleet customers.
What delivery options are available?
We offer Automatic Delivery, Will-Call Delivery, and Scheduled/Dated Deliveries to best fit your needs and preferences.
When should I place an order?
We recommend placing your order when your tank reaches approximately one-quarter full to help avoid interruptions in service. Most deliveries are completed within two business days of ordering.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery may be available depending on scheduling and delivery routes. Additional charges may apply. Please contact our office for availability and pricing.
Do you have order minimums?
Our standard pricing is based on a minimum delivery of 150 gallons. Deliveries as low as 50 gallons are available for an additional fee.
Why did I not receive the full amount of fuel ordered?
For safety reasons, fuel tanks are not filled to maximum capacity. If the amount ordered exceeds the safe fill level of the tank, the delivered amount may be reduced to allow room for fuel expansion and ensure safe operation.
Do you offer bulk delivery discounts?
Yes. Discounts may be available for larger fuel deliveries. Please contact our office for current pricing and volume discount information.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
Are there any additional fees?
If your heating system requires priming or restarting after running out of fuel, a $50 service fee may apply.
Do you offer budget plans?
Yes. We offer a convenient 10-month budget plan designed to help spread heating costs evenly throughout the year. Budget plans typically begin in June.
Do you offer pre-buy or pricing plans?
Yes. We offer pre-buy and fuel pricing programs to help customers manage fuel costs more effectively. Please contact our office at (610) 584-8030 for current pricing and program details.
Do you accept heating assistance programs?
Yes. We proudly accept LIHEAP and other approved heating assistance programs. Please contact us for additional information.

Do you offer repair and maintenance services?
Yes. We provide professional repair, maintenance, tune-ups, certifications, and installation services for heating and cooling equipment. Contact our office to schedule service or learn more.
What fuel additives are available?
Fuel additives are available upon request, including Heating Oil Treatment (HOT), Sludge Remover (SBG), Diesel Anti-Gel, Diesel Stabilizer, and other specialty treatments designed to improve fuel performance and system reliability.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
